Sustainable Foodservice Seminar

November 13th, 2009

Paul Kuck, principal of Sustainable Foodservice Consulting, will be presenting a one day workshop through the University of Oregon's Sustainability Leadership Program titled Sustainable Foodservice Operations: Products, Practices and Resources on November, 13th 2009. The workshop will focus on a number of sustainability issues in the foodservice indstry including sustainable food options, waste management, recycling, composting, green cleaning options, energy efficiency, water efficiency, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, lighting, facility equipment, financial incentives and tax rebates. The workshop will provide information, tips, resources, additional handouts and involve participant activities.
